Reservation Cancellation Policy Our salon operates on a strict appointment-only basis to provide the best possible service to our customers. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy: Notification Deadline for Cancellations or Changes Please notify us at least two business days before your reservation date if you wish to cancel or make changes. Cancellations or changes made after this period may incur a cancellation fee. For late arrivals, even with prior notice, services will be provided only within the reserved time frame, and the full fee will apply.
